Website operation
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect limited page-view and performance timing metrics. Wingspan Labs does not use this service for cross-site behavioral advertising. The public inquiry is intentionally limited and should not be used for confidential or sensitive information.
Information requested
The inquiry form requests a name, email address, optional organization, interest area, and a short message. Service-specific documents are not requested through the public form.
Purpose
Inquiry information is used to review the request, identify the appropriate service path, and respond to the person who submitted it.
General inquiry form
The general inquiry form is a native Netlify Form named wingspan-inquiry, with a same-site confirmation route at /contact/thank-you. The form is intentionally limited and should not be used for confidential or sensitive information. A hidden honeypot helps reject automated completion without adding an interactive task for people using the form.
Free Website Review Snapshot
The Website Review Snapshot requests a name, verified email address, organization, one public website URL, the requester's relationship to that website, a review focus, and one priority visitor action. The requester must confirm that the website is public and that they are authorized to review it or are evaluating its public-facing experience for potential services. Confidential information, credentials, private links, and sensitive records should not be submitted.
Before a Website Review request is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates limited browser and request signals to help distinguish automated abuse from human use. Wingspan Labs receives a short-lived verification token and validation result, not the underlying challenge signals. The token is used only to protect this review service and is not retained in the review record.
After email verification, Wingspan Labs may retrieve up to three public HTML pages from the requested domain and use the resulting bounded evidence to prepare an automated, AI-assisted planning report. The browser does not receive provider API keys.
The report is available through a unique bearer link for seven days and is not placed in the public sitemap or published as a normal website page. The snapshot is informational. It is not a formal accessibility audit, legal or compliance review, security assessment, user study, conversion test, or outcome guarantee.
HorizonSong beta-access requests
The separate HorizonSong beta-access box requests an email address, optional first and last name, and confirmation that the person wants beta-access and participation messages. The email address is used to review and administer the request and communicate about it. When supplied, a name may personalize a receipt and help identify the request in Kevin’s protected review queue. After a protected request is accepted, the existing request acknowledgment is sent to the supplied email address. A request does not create an account or guarantee access.
The beta-access box should not be used for resumes, job-search records, financial or medical information, or other sensitive details. A person can unsubscribe from beta-related email at any time.
Human verification
Cloudflare Turnstile protects both the Website Review request and HorizonSong beta-access request. Each request uses its own approved action and same-origin server-validation path.
Document exchange
Grant applications, prior submissions, organizational records, resumes, and other working documents should be exchanged only after a separate private process has been approved for the engagement.
Questions or corrections
Use the inquiry form to ask how an inquiry is being handled or to request correction or deletion of information previously submitted. Do not include additional sensitive information in that request.
